Graphic Design and Management

So, you're using Canva.

With Canva, you can quickly produce high-quality, visually appealing designs with minimal effort. In addition, its intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to customise everything from text, images, illustrations, videos, animations and more.

But, are you doing it right?

Just because you can wield a hammer and a drill, it likely doesn’t make you a builder.

Having a graphic designer help with Canva is an excellent way to ensure that your designs look professional and up-to-date. Not only will they be able to create custom graphics and illustrations, but they can also customise existing templates to make them unique.

A graphic designer’s knowledge of colour theory, typography, and layout will give your designs an extra level of finesse to help them stand out from the crowd. Additionally, designers can provide valuable advice on branding and design consistency across multiple platforms.

I can also give you feedback on improving your visuals over time.

Ultimately, hiring a graphic designer to help with Canva is a great way to ensure that your visuals are on par with industry standards and help you make a lasting impression on your customers. I can help with:

Frequently Asked Questions.

Can we just use the Canva Templates?

Yes, of course. But with Canva’s popularity, many businesses could be using the same template. Again, this is an issue as it doesn’t differentiate you from your competitors.

It doesn’t take too much to modify an existing template enough to differentiate or create a unique template.

Do we need Canva Pro or the Free Version?

I recommend Canva Pro. It is reasonably priced. Canva Pro has more range of features and templates that are available.

I can use my account, or I recommend you invite me as a contributor to your account.

Can we design a logo within Canva?

Of course, you can, but you legally don’t own it. You can, however, upload your original unique logo as part of your Canva Brand Kit.

I can help with your logo and brand design and development.

Can we design our print collateral in Canva?

The short answer is yes, and the complicated answer is no. Whilst Canva does promote designing and exporting artwork ready for print. Unfortunately, most printers do not accept Canva print-ready artwork.

It is an excellent tool for gathering your thoughts and ideas and generating mockups to show your team and graphic designer.
